Marvin D. Gibson
PRESIDENT & CEO {STAFF SERGEANT (RET)}
(RET). SSG Marvin D. Gibson was born in Salisbury, NC. He later relocated to Kannapolis, NC in his early years as a child. He attended the Kannapolis City School system where he would graduate from A.L. Brown high school June of 1996 and enter the local work force beginning at Cannon Mills. After a couple years in the textile work force he would in 2002 decided to join the U.S. Army.
His military career led him to a number of different assignments as follows: Company A, 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment (Fort Jackson, SC); 16T Bravo Company(Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri); Headquarters 58th Transportation Battalion 3rd Chemical Brigade (Fort Leonard Wood Missouri); Company A, 801st BSB Support Brigade (Fort Campbell, KY); Brigade S-4 Shop 801st BSB (Fort Campbell, KY);Delta Company 53rd MCB (Fort Sill, OK).
He has two combat deployments with the 101st Airborne Division, Alpha Company 801st for support of Iraqi Freedom 04-05 where he was located in Bagdad (FOB Rustimyiah); There he would become squad leader of his QRF (Quick Reaction Force) team and led his team on multiple search and rescue missions.
His military education led him to schools and training throughout his career, his training includes PLDC, BNCOC, CRM Risk Management, Sniper MTT Marksmanship course, BFT (Blue Force Tracker) course, Sabalauski Air Assault School (Fort Campbell, KY), Army Pathfinder School (Fort Benning, GA) with a number of professional development courses.
The decorations and awards he received are as followed Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, The National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Armed Forces Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal and the Drivers /Mechanics Badge.

James E. Faggart
Executive Vice President {COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR}
CSM James E. Faggart, Jr. was born and raised in Salisbury, NC. He joined the U.S. Army in September 1988, completing Basic Combat Training and Advance Individual Training at Fort Dix, New Jersey for training in Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 88 Mike, Vehicle Transportation Operator.
His assignments are as follow: 846th Transportation Company vehicle operator (Salisbury, NC); 1/29 Infantry Regiment vehicle operator (Fort Benning, GA); Headquarters Company 702D Main Support Battalion Commander driver (Camp Casey, Korea); HHC 10th Trans Company vehicle operator (Fort Eustis, VA) 96th Transportation Company Squad Leader and dispatcher (Fort Hood, TX); Bravo Company 2/60th Infantry Regiment and Golf Company 1/28th Infantry Regiment Drill Sergeant (Fort Jackson, SC); Headquarters Company and Alpha Company 426th Brigade Support Battalion Platoon Sergeant (Fort Campbell, KY). 73rd Water Craft Company First Sergeant (Fort Eustis, VA), 10th Transportation Waterborne Battalion Command Sergeant Major as a First Sergeant for 11 months (Fort Eustis, VA), USARCENT 3rd Army Transportation Supervisor JOPES Branch (Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter SC), United States Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) Student Class 64 (Ft. Bliss, TX) and 3rd Infantry Division Department Transportation Sergeant Major (DTO) (Ft. Stewart, Georgia GA), 58th Transportation Battalion Ft. Leonard Wood, MO (Chief Instructor) Motor Operator Transportation Course (MTOC) and currently serving as the 11th Transportation Battalion (Over the Shore) Command Sergeant Major (Ft. Story, VA).
He has deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm 801st Trans Company (Ft. McClellan, AL); Intrinsic Action 1995 and 1997 (96th Trans Co Ft, Hood, TX); Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-06 as a MiTT team Advisor for 12 months and Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-08 Alpha Company 426th Brigade Support Battalion of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) as a Platoon Sergeant and Convoy Patrol Leader for 14 months and a 8 month deployment to Kuwait for Oct 2010 thru June 2011. He served as a dispatcher, Squad Leader, Section Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, S-3 Operations NCOIC, MiTT Advisor, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, 10th Battalion Command Sergeant Major (CSM), Division Transportation Sergeant Major for 3rd Infantry Division and CSM 11th Transportation Battalion “Over the Shore” Ft. Story, Virginia Beach.
My military and civilian education includes the following courses: PLDC, BNCOC, ANCOC, 1SG course, USASMA Class 64, Drill Instructor, Modern Army Combative (Level I), Hazardous Material Course, and Combat Life Saver Course. He is currently enrolled at Trident University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

I’m married to the former Catherine Benard Faggart of Muskegon Michigan for 28 years and we have four daughters: Antoinette, B’Anatryia, Jaymee, Gweyn and 18 grandkids. The Army has been good to me and my family. I worked in a factory for two years while serving in the Army Reserve for one year with no advancement in site. The only limitations I had was me. I joined regular Army January 1990 and I have reached the top as a Command Sergeant Major with 28 years of service. The Army is a great starting point for a person who has not figured out what they want to do in life. I have served proudly 32 years of Honorable Military service.

Joshua Travis
Executive Director {STAFF SERGEANT}
Staff Sergeant Joshua Travis was born and raised in Lone Star State of Texas. He joined the United States Army in March 2004. He attends and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky; His Advance Individual Training was at Fort Lee, Virginia where he certified in the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 92 Alpha which is an Automated Logistical Specialist.
His assignments during his military career were with 3rd Brigade Combat Team 101st Airborne Division Headquarters Company (Rakkasan) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky; 4th Brigade 101st Airborne Division Foxtrot Company 2-506th Infantry Regiment (Renegades) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky; 72nd Signal Battalion Expeditionary Bravo Company (Bandits) in Mannheim, Germany and 31st Air Defense Artillery Headquarters Company in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
He had numerous deployments in the support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from September 2004 to February 2005; November 2005 to November 2006 and June 2009 to July 2010. His awards and decorations include Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War Terrorism Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Drivers/Mechanics Badge, Combat Action Badge and Air Assault Badge. He honorable discharged from the United States Army in December 15, 2011. He has a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2018; also, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science & Fitness Management) at Lamar University in 2007. In addition, General Studies High School Diploma from Newton High School in Newton, TX in 2002. He served as a government contractor for Computer Science Corporation as a Senior Logistics Associate from January 2012 to November 2018. He is currently residing in Lawrenceville, Georgia with his daughters Azariah and Morgan. He is a full-time father and student pursing his PHD in IE Supply Engineering Concentration at Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute.

Charles C. Rufus Jr
Chief Development Officer {Captain}
Captain Charles C. Rufus Jr was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He enlisted in the military as a Private in 1997, as an 88M, Transporter. He was assigned to 101st Division at Fort Campbell, Ky.
While, simultaneously serving with the 127th Transportation Company, he earned a Bachelor in Business Management with a minor in Public Administration from the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
His commitment ended in Feb 2009 at the rank of Sergeant First Class when he was commissioned as a 2LT Transporter from the Officer Commission Selection program at Ft. Benning, GA. He then attended Basic Officer Leadership Course in Ft. Eustis, VA. Upon completion in August 2009, he was assigned to 426th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Division, Fort Campbell, KY where he served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Battalion Supply Officer.
From April 2014 through Sept 2014, CPT Charles Rufus attended the Combined Logistics Officer Advanced Course at Fort Lee, VA. He was then assigned to the 307th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Division, Fort Bragg, NC. He served in the Support Planning Operations section as the Brigade Deputy Supply Officer. Upon completion of his assignment, he was afforded the opportunity to Command 574th Composite Supply Company in Fort Wainwright, AK. After a successful command he was assigned to Fort Lee, VA as a Basic Officer Leaders Course Instructor.
He’s e deployments consist of 2003-2004 Operation Iraqi Freedom, (Iraqi) Squad Leader, 2005-2006 Operation Enduring Freedom, (Iraqi) Platoon Sergeant, 2008-2008 Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) Platoon Sergeant, 2009-2010 (Afghanistan) Platoon Leader, 2012-2013 (Afghanistan) Battalion Supply Officer and 2018 (Iraqi) Operation Inherent Resolve as the Company Commander.
His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (2), Army Commendation Medal (12), Army Achievement Medals (2), Meritorious Unit Commendation (1), National Defense Service Medal, Operation Inherent Resolve Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (5), NATO Medal, Combat Action Badge, Airborne Badge and Air Assault Badge.
